Model 616 Rotating Disk Electrode System

Model 616 Accessories

The Model 616 is a rotating disk electrode system. Because of its wide range of applications, it is supplied with an arbor (RDE0027) but without electrodes or accessories. Since these must be ordered separately, the ordering information is supplied below. Please see also "Additional Supplies for Models 616 and 636.

Model 636 Accessories

Model 636 Accessories

The Model 636 Electrode Rotator can be used either as a simple rotating disk electrode (like the Model 616) or as a rotating ring-disk electrode. It is supplied without an arbor, electrode, or accessories. Please see also "Additional Supplies for Models 616 and 636.

If you wish to use the Model 636 as a simple rotating disk electrode, the electrodes listed above for the Model 616 (permanent disk, customer-made disks and customer-made cylinder) can be ordered for use with it. In addition, the following item also has to be ordered:

Ring-Disk Electrodes

Two types of ring-disk electrodes can be used with the Model 636. In one type the disk can be separated from the ring for replacement. In the other type the disk and Model 636 Electrode Rotator ring are permanently mounted together.
